How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling 204-922-0862. Upon scheduling your appointment, we will ask patients to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. We will not charge you a fee for your appointment. A $25 fee will only apply should you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment.

You can also fill out our contact form or a performing a virtual consultation. We will contact you shortly after submitting your information to confirm your appointment.

When should I arrive?

5-10 min prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients who have a consult are asked to arrive 15 min prior to appointment to fill out paperwork

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hr cancellation policy. Please call to reschedule or 50% of the service cost will be added to your next appointment
